Why it's done this way
Filmed glass is the cheapest thing on a building to put right and the fastest to notice. Tap water dries and leaves the dissolved minerals behind as spotting, which is why glass cleaned with a hose looks worse a day later. We clean with purified water so there's nothing left in it to dry onto the pane — and we work the frames and sills at the same time, because clean glass in a grey frame still reads as dirty.

Do you clean the inside of windows?
Exterior as standard. Interiors can be quoted on request.
Why purified water?
Tap water leaves dissolved minerals on the pane as it dries, which is what causes spotting. Purified water dries clear, so the glass stays clean without hand-drying every pane.
Can you reach upper-floor and Velux windows?
Usually, yes — pole-fed systems reach most two- and three-storey glazing safely. If a window cannot be reached safely we say so before quoting.
Do you clean conservatory roofs?
Yes — conservatory roof glazing is part of the window cleaning service, not roof cleaning. We reach it with pole-fed systems, working from a safe stance below.
How often is worth booking?
Every six to eight weeks keeps glass consistently clear. Many customers book it alongside an annual gutter clean or softwash.
