Why it's done this way

Will softwashing damage my paint or render?

No. Pressure is kept low enough that sound paint and render are untouched. If a section is already failing we flag it before we start.

What happens to plants and lawns?

Planting is drenched before and after treatment and shielded where needed. The product is fully biodegradable and pH neutral.

How long before I see the difference?

Light growth lifts within days. Heavy black mould or biofilm continues to fade over two to four weeks as it dies back and rain rinses it clear.

How long does the result last?
