Why it's done this way
Grey, streaked fascia makes a well-kept house look tired, and they are the cheapest thing on the building to put right. Because we are already set up on the elevation for a softwash or a gutter clean, adding the trim costs a fraction of booking it separately — which is why most of this work goes out as part of a combined visit.

Rinse
Controlled rinse down the run so nothing dries onto the fascia or streaks the wall below.

Detail
Corners, joints and downpipe brackets finished off, and anything failing is reported.

Can badly oxidised UPVC be brought back?
Most of it, yes. Chalked, heavily oxidised plastic will improve substantially but may not return to factory white — we tell you which you are looking at before quoting.
Do you clean the gutters at the same time?
Gutter exteriors are cleaned as part of this job. Clearing the inside of the gutters is a separate service — booked together it takes 5% off the total.
Is this worth booking on its own?
It can be, but it is far better value combined with a roof or render softwash — and two or more services take 5% off the total.
Will the render be marked by runs?
No. The run is rinsed in a controlled way so nothing streaks down a freshly cleaned elevation.
