Is this bundled with roof cleaning?

No — fascia and soffit is priced and quoted as a separate job. Book both together and the 5% multi-service discount applies.

Will this remove permanent staining?

Most surface algae, black spot and lichen come off cleanly. Deep UV-yellowing or paint-fading on very old UPVC is a different problem and can't be reversed with cleaning alone — we'll say so up front.

Can you clean painted fascia?

Yes, with a gentler method matched to the paint. Send a photograph and we'll advise before quoting.

How often does this need doing?

Every one to two years for most Leitrim houses. Tree-lined properties or homes tight to the lakes tend to need it every year.
